At Be Free Fitness, we are more than a gym—we are a movement. Our mission is to create a safe, empowering, and inclusive space where women can thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally. The following guidelines ensure every member can fully enjoy and benefit from their Be Free Fitness experience while contributing to our fierce, uplifting community.

Positivity

We are a united, supportive, and uplifting family. This is your sanctuary—a place where you can show up as your authentic self, leave your worries at the door, and embrace the journey.

  • Be Kind: Treat every member and instructor with respect and kindness.

  • Engage: Say hello to someone new or catch up with a familiar face before class.

  • Support: Celebrate victories—yours and others’. We rise by lifting each other.

  • Zero Tolerance: Gossip, negativity, and mean-spirited behavior have no place here.

Presence

Be here. Be now.

  • Digital-Free Zone: Silence your phone and store all devices in the before class begins. This is your time—be present in the moment.

  • Post-Class Selfies Welcome: Capture and share your glow after class with our community.

Punctuality

Respect your time, your peers, and your instructors.

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ensure a smooth start to class.

  • Please know that late arrivals disrupt the flow of the class and the focus of others.

Community Power

We are stronger together.

  • Follow your instructor’s lead to ensure a cohesive, synchronized experience.

  • Avoid distractions—move with intention and embrace the energy of the group.

Perseverance

Challenges shape us, and we don’t back down.

  • Embrace hard work and celebrate the progress, no matter how small.

Studio Etiquette

  • Cleanliness: Leave the space better than you found it.

Policy on Infractions

Be Free Fitness is a judgment-free zone committed to fostering an empowering environment. However, any behaviors that compromise this commitment will be addressed as follows:

  • Discrimination: Any form of discrimination will result in immediate dismissal from Be Free Fitness. No refunds will be issued, and active memberships will incur one final month’s charge (refer to cancellation policy).

  • Etiquette Violations: Depending on the nature of the infraction, consequences may include:

    • A private conversation for redirection or coaching.

    • Temporary suspension of membership (charges will continue during suspension).

    • Permanent removal from Be Free Fitness, with the same billing policy applied.

Class Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Be Free Fitness, we value your commitment to your fitness journey and strive to maintain fairness for all members. To ensure class availability and respect everyone’s time, the following policy applies:

  1. No-Show or Late Cancellation Fee:

    • If you fail to show up for a scheduled class or do not cancel at least 12 hours prior to the class start time, a $15 fee will automatically be charged to your account.

  2. How to Cancel:

    • Cancellations can be made easily through our online portal or mobile app. Please make cancellations promptly to avoid the fee and to open space for other members.

  3. Late Arrival Policy:

    • While we do not enforce a late arrival restriction, we highly encourage arriving on time to ensure you can fully participate and benefit from the class experience.
